What materials do you use to make your bags and accessories?
I use mainly textile handwoven by tribes and communities in the Philippines, using traditional crafts techniques. You can learn more about this in the About section on the right sidebar.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Paypal, which accepts major credit cards, or payment from your account balance. If you don't have a Paypal account, no worries! You can still pay using their services.
How much does shipping cost?
To find out your shipping costs, put all the items you’d like to buy in your cart, then select your country and click “Update Total.” Please note that I ship from France, and there may be customs duties imposed by your country. This will be your responsibility.
How long does shipping take?
I ship using the French postal system's services, priority air mail with tracking. I ship orders within 3 working days of receiving it. Orders withing France will reach destinations in 2 to 4 working days. Other destinations will take anywhere from 7 to 21 days.
What do I do if I receive my item damaged?
I want you to be happy. Please get in touch with me right away, with pictures of the damage, and I will get back to you promptly with what to do next.
